Each formulation is designed to meet the specific demands of polyester, cotton, and blended substrates, with controlled pH and solid content for stable processing.
A fully cationic deepening agent system for deep, tone-controlled black on polyester — for Middle East abaya and India / Southeast Asia fabrics. Two process lines: Formal Black (2-step: acrylic tone build, then silicone deepening) and Jet Black (1-step silicone).
How it works: the coating forms a fine micro-rough surface that scatters less light back to the eye, and a film with a lower refractive index than polyester that cuts surface reflection. Less reflected white light means a deeper, richer black.

SYNELA™ covers acrylic emulsion, silicone softener and PU dispersion (PUD) lines: polyester deepening agents (BLD series), silicone and fatty acid softeners, print clarity enhancement agents, a ripple plisse agent, general pigment printing binders and pastes, and specialty effect binders (pearl, glitter, gold powder, puff, foil transfer, resist and discharge).
The BLD series is a fully cationic deepening agent system for polyester. For Middle East abaya (light weight, ≤ 200 g/m²), the Formal Black 2-step process uses SYNELA BLD-A611, SYNELA BLD-A621 or SYNELA BLD-A622 for tone build, followed by SYNELA BLD-B810. For heavy-weight India / Southeast Asia fabrics (≥ 300 g/m²), use the same first step followed by SYNELA BLD-B820, or the 1-step Jet Black process with SYNELA BLD-C710.
No. All BLD series products are cationic and should not be mixed with anionic auxiliaries. SYNELA AST-300, a cationic antistatic agent for polyester, can be used in the same bath with the BLD series.
SYNELA SFN-900 is a silicone softener for white polyester thobe fabrics, giving a superior soft touch with zero yellowing (pH 6.0–7.5, solid 30%). SYNELA SFN-300 is a fatty acid softener for a smooth hand feel and fiber lubrication.
For wet-heat discharge: SYNELA DSC-100 (discharge binder, high print clarity) and SYNELA DSC-100W (discharge white binder). For dry-heat discharge: SYNELA DSC-200 (discharge binder) and SYNELA DSC-200W (discharge white binder, clean white discharge).
